NDSU hosts multiple research trials in Grand Forks County and tours in the summer including a plot tour near Thompson in July and potato tours in August.
4-H Interests
I coach the 4-H Meats judging team in Grand Forks County and youth ages 8-18 are always welcome to join the team, beginners and experienced! Joining 4-H judging teams is a great way to make friends, and be introduced to new skills including enhancing critical thinking and communication skills.
I also enjoy helping with 4-H agronomy, natural resource management and animal science projects.
