Powerful Tools for Caregivers Class Leader Training

Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC) Class Leader Training is for those who want to co-lead the dynamic workshop for family caregivers.  If you want to begin or expand the program in the community or county you serve, now is the time! The integrated training will equip class leaders to co-lead programs for two target audiences: caregivers of adults with chronic conditions and caregivers of children with special health and behavioral needs.

PTC Class Leader Training will be offered via Zoom beginning September 9th through September 13, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CST.  Participants must be able to attend the entire training course to become certified as a class leader. Registration is required by August 19, 2024, to reserve a space in the training.

To register complete both the Class Leader Application and Sponsoring Agency Commitment Form which are included, along with a copy of the Class Leader Certification Agreement (signed at the completion of training) in the PTC Class Leader Application.

The customary registration fee is waived due to a grant through the ND Department of Health & Human Services, Division of Aging Services.
