  • 2 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chiffonade
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
