Whole Wheat Sheet Pan Pancakes

2¼ teaspoons baking powder
1¼ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups low-fat buttermilk
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon maple syrup, plus more for serving
¼ cup margarine, melted, plus more for serving
