  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
