Student Employment in the Department of Plant Sciences

The Department of Plant Sciences hires students for various positions in the Cereal Science, Food Science, Horticulture, and Plant Sciences research programs. Open positions are listed in NDSU Handshake. Positions may be located in a laboratory, greenhouse, field (outdoor), or a combination of settings. Hours and days of employment can fluctuate with class demands but are always 20 hours per week or less during the semester. Students are allowed to work more than 20 hours per week on semester breaks and during the summer if desired.
