Our Impact
Since the program began in 2016 we've sent over 240 signs to MN, MT, ND, and SD public spaces and private residences, reaching 110 acres (4.7 million square feet) of designated pollinator-friendly garden space.
Take a virtual tour of home gardens by clicking on the house icons. Locate public sites to visit by clicking on the flower icons. Other public gardens can be viewed here.
Our Bee Lawn initiative, new in 2023 following several years of research, allows homeowners to plant a section of their lawn using the best seed mixes for our Upper Great Plains climate to create an insect friendly oasis. We cannot wait to see the lawns created!
